Try the demo, then see a real organiser's site
Start with the demo: a made-up organiser you can click around freely. Then, if you'd like, look at a real teacher's booking site running on Book the Circle today.
Two demo organisers you can play with
Lantern Barn Collective: three facilitators (yoga, sound, dance) with weekly classes, a course, a sold-out workshop, a weekend retreat with rooms and instalments, memberships and 1-to-1s. Hollow Oak Yoga: one teacher, one timetable, most switches off, a completely different look.
- Book as a client would, pay on the pretend card page, and land where your clients land. Nothing is real; nobody is booked.
- Yellow numbers on every page explain what each thing is, why it's there, and what else you could choose.
- Then peek inside the organiser's admin, read-only, and read the full Help guide and the journey diagrams, no login needed.
Or go straight to Lantern Barn Collective.
A real organiser's own website
This is not a demo. It's the booking site of Deeper Dance 5Rhythms, Rachel's real dance business in Newcastle, used by her dancers every week.
- Weekly classes, multi-week courses and residential workshops, with sliding-scale prices, drop-in dates, instalments and applications all in use.
- Real events, real people and real card payments.
Please look, but don't book unless you mean it: bookings there are real and charge your card.
Want to see the organiser's side?
Book a call and we'll walk you through the admin on a screen share: adding an event, setting prices, checking people in, giving refunds or credit, editing your emails.
